You can return any item for a refund or exchange.
We must receive items back within 21 days after you receive them, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned at customer’s cost. We recommend that you return items using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely. If you are based in the US, we recommend using USPS as the most cost-effective way to return your items.
In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that you leave all tags on to be eligible for a refund. We do reserve the right to refuse refunds if we receive items in a state where we are no longer able to sell them to future customers.
Once your return has been approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be issued after items have been received back to us.
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you will have an option to pay a small fee and receive the replacement size. You won’t need to ship the item back. It will be almost a “free exchange” as you save on the shipping cost for returning the item. This should be convenient for all international customers, and it applies when requesting a different size of the same item.
